Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled if the product has not yet been dispatched.
- To request cancellation, please contact us at +91 9829625112.
- For cancelled orders, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
- Please note: no monetary refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Returns
- Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
- For online purchases, items may be returned only if they are defective or damaged.
- Used products are not eligible for return.
In case of Defective or Damaged Products
While we take utmost care to ensure safe delivery, in rare cases products may arrive defective or damaged. If this happens, please follow the steps below:
- A 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory. Please record a clear, unedited video showing the package being opened and the item inside.
- Send the video via WhatsApp (+91 9829625112) or email (contact@yamicollection.com) within 1 day of delivery.
- Claims without a parcel opening video, or submitted after 1 day of delivery, cannot be accepted.
- If the defect or damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement.
- If a refund is requested, it will be processed within 4β6 working days to the original payment method, subject to bank timelines.
Exchange Process
- Once your request is received, our team will respond within 24 working hours.
- Approved exchanges or replacements will be shipped as per our standard processing and delivery timelines.
